Would you like to introduce yourself?
Hi, I’m Angel. I’m 25, half British and half Brazilian and based in Mayfair.
How did you get into escorting?
I was drawn to the combination of independence and financial benefits. I did my research into the earning possibilities and decided to go for it. I love living in a fun and vibrant city like London and I love the classy vibe of Mayfair. I also liked that I would get to meet new people. It’s amazing how diverse the city is, you can get to meet all sorts of people. I’m glad I made the decision and I’ve not looked back.
What was your first experience like as an escort?
I was so nervous. So many questions were running through my head ‘What if something goes wrong?’ ‘Will I be safe?’ But I walked into the lobby of one of the city’s best hotels, met my first client, headed upstairs and ended up having a great time. I knew even after just the first booking that I wanted to keep on doing this. I get money for doing what I love, what could be better?.
Do you still feel nervous to meet clients?
Absolutely. It’s weird, you’d think it would wear off by now but I always get nervous. But it’s the good kind of nervous, like it’s excited nerves. But I know I still have the backing of my agency. If someone behaves poorly, we can get that client blacklisted, so I definitely still feel safe.
Who are your usual clients?
Middle-aged men, mostly. Often with high-flying but demanding careers, with hours and hours spent travelling away from home. Probably in unhappy marriages that leaves them feeling lonely. They can be from a range of different cultures, backgrounds, industries, so there’s a lot of diversity, really. I suppose they are the kind of people who like having a fun girl to spend time with when they’re alone and cheer them up.
Do you have a favourite client?
I don’t have a specific favourite. I have many regulars and they are all nice to spend time with. As long as you turn up on time, don’t try to haggle and are clear about what you want, I’m sure we’ll get along great.
What would be your perfect escort date?
The perfect date is always a longer one. I love flirty dinners and getting to learn more about my client through conversation. After a few hours, I can really turn the charm up and you’ll be a regular in no time.
What’s your favourite restaurant in London?
Ooh, so many beautiful places to choose from. I’ve been invited out to dinner at so many great restaurants but I’d have to say Bacchanalia. It’s one of the most gorgeous restaurants in London and so romantic and I love the food.
What’s your favourite thing about escorting?
Getting to set my own rules. I love the freedom to work when I want, without having a boss to answer to or a strict number of hours to clock in. You often hear things that it’s exploitative but I chose this profession and I love the control that I have.
Knowing that I’m able to offer genuine companionship is also great. Getting to know fascinating people is incredibly fulfilling. The dynamic is really interesting as it allows people to open up. When I’m with a client, neither one of us is in a position to be judgemental.
What’s your least favourite thing about escorting?
It’s kind of tough emotionally. Like that’s something I didn’t really expect, but it makes sense. You build up trust with clients and they feel they can tell you anything. You’re talking with clients who are unloading all their worries on you and you still have to be positive and caring. I like getting to help people but it can take its toll.
What advice would you give someone wanting to become a high class escort?
Remember that escorting takes a lot of work. Like in any other job, you still have to be hard working, committed, enthusiastic. You have to be good at making people feel relaxed. There are a lot of people skills involved, whether that is just letting them vent or building them up when they feel down.
Being educated and intelligent can help to appeal to more clients and more high-paying clients. But lots of different kinds of women can find work as an escort. There’s a market for everything really. But it’s not for everyone. Even just looking good takes a lot of practice and a lot of work goes into your appearance.
Finally, what’s the weirdest request you’ve had?
Honestly, I've been doing this for so long that I've forgotten what weird is. Sometimes, the tamer requests stand out to me. I've seen guys who don't even ask for sex but just want me to cuddle them. I also had a request from a guy who wanted to spend an hour massaging my feet and moisturising them. He also wanted me to bring in my worn shoes so he could nibble on them. There you go!
